Actress Sanjeeda Shaikh, who recently received a lot of appreciation for her role as Waheeda in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, shared a series of stunning pictures on Instagram wearing a gorgeous Kaftan outfit paired with bralette from luxury clothing brand Torani.
Styled by celebrity stylist Nupur Bansal Kapur Sanjeeda looked stunning in a printed Kaftan which features a plunging neckline flaunting her bralette. She accessorised it with multicoloured stone jewellery from Silver Queen Jewellery. As for the hair and makeup, Sanjeeda opted subtle makeup with highlighter, reddish-pink blush and glossy reddish-pink lipstick furnishing her look. She further completed it by opting for a sleek middle- parted bun.
Captured by fashion photographer Portrait Deewana, Sanjeeda was seen looking magnificent in every click. The little twist and giggles were further added by her daughter Ayra who joined her in the shoot.
Sheikh first release of 2024 was Fighter, where she played an Air Force officer's wife Saachi, opposite Karan Singh Grover which became a commercial success. Tushar Joshi of India Today stated, "Sanjeeda Shaikh provide the right support to able front-footers." In the same year, she played a courtesan Waheeda in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's series Heeramandi. Appreciating her efforts in the series, Shomini Sen of WION noted, "Sanjeeda Sheikh create an impact with her tragic character."
