Bangladesh: A Dhaka court today (Blemish 3) without a doubt bail to seven individuals including Nobel laureate financial expert Teacher Dr. Muhammad Yunus for a situation recorded over misappropriation Tk 26 crore. Judge Mohammed Debris Farces Joglul Hossain of the Metropolitan Senior Unique Appointed authority's Court of Dhaka passed the request.
Prior to that, Dr. Yunus and seven others gave up under the watchful eye of the court and documented petitions looking for bail. The seven others are Grameen Telecom Overseeing Chief Nazmul Islam, Chiefs Ashraful Hassan, Naznin Sultana, Parvin Mahmud, M Shahjahan, Nurjahan Begum and SM Huzzatul Islam Latifee.
On February 2, Examination Official Gulshan Anwar Prodhan, a representative overseer of the Counter Defilement Commission (ACC), documented the accuse sheet of the Metropolitan Senior Unique Adjudicator's Court of Dhaka against Prof Yunus and 13 others. On January 29, the ACC supported the charge sheet. On May 30 last year, Gulshan Anwar recorded the case with the ACC's coordinated locale office in Dhaka.
