The Public safety Board (NSC) sees not a great explanation to research the Military of the Philippines' Western Order (AFP-WESCOM) boss Bad habit Naval commander Alberto Carlo over his claimed "new model" plan with China in regards to the tactical's tasks at Ayungin Reef in the West Philippine Ocean (WPS).
"To the extent that the Public safety Board is concerned, we see no great explanation for why we ought to examine Bad habit Chief of naval operations Carlos, since, there's no such plan made in any case," NSC Right hand Chief General Jonathan Malaya pushed in a meeting during the Bagong Pilipinas preparation on Monday.
Malaya emphasized that the discussions about the claimed "new model" game plan as reported by the Chinese Government office "is just another development." "I don't think there is any reason for the examination since this account coming from China is basically, you know, there to make difference and sow disinformation to our compatriots," he said.
Malaya vouched for Carlos as a "bemedaled individual from the Philippine Naval force." "He's one of the more senior Philippine Naval force authorities. What's more, kawawa naman siya at dinadawit siya dito sa mga implications, counterfeit stories and phony news and disinformation coming from the Chinese government office," he noted.
Malaya brought up that the China Coast Watchman might have saved Carlos from a water gun assault assuming he truly made a plan with Chinese authorities.
"Assuming that Bad habit Chief of naval operations Carlos went into a plan of some kind, bakit siya iwo-water gun ng ganoon at nasugatan dad 'no. It doesn't kapag pinagdikit-dikit mo talaga iyong istorya, it disentangles eh. Thus, it's actually a misfortune na nadadawit iyong pangalan ni Bad habit Naval commander Carlos dito," he said.
To review, Carlos was installed the AFP's sanctioned stock boat when a CCG vessel went after the Philippine team, directing a rotational and re-temporary (RoRe) mission, for the soldiers positioned at the BRP Sierra Madre prior in Spring.
Subsequently, Malaya cautioned Filipinos not to fall into China's snare. "These are similar individuals who said that the whole South China Ocean is theirs, who mobilized counterfeit islands, who made army installations in our EEZ, who guarantee that the recordings of impeding, hazardous moves, and water guns are totally manufactured by the media chummy with the Philippine government," he said.
