In Francis Passage Coppola's impending legendary "Megalopolis," the US of America and Old Rome have been consolidated in what the chief calls a "Roman legendary tale" about the end, or maybe fresh start of a general public in total disarray. You can watch it above now in the principal trailer, which was delivered Monday night.
"Megalopolis" recounts the tale of The City of New Rome, where the requirement for change causes struggle between Cesar Catilina (Adam Driver), "a virtuoso craftsman who tries to jump into an idealistic, optimistic future, and the city's chairman, Franklyn Cicero (Giancarlo Esposito), who is, per the authority logline, "focused on a backward the state of affairs, propagating ravenousness, extraordinary interests, and hardliner fighting. Conflicted between them is socialite Julia Cicero (Nathalie Emmanuel), the city hall leader's little girl, whose affection for Cesar has partitioned her loyalties, constraining her to find what she genuinely accepts mankind merits."
It's a workmanship deco-propelled retelling of the fall of the Roman Republic with craftsmanship and design instead of the triumph of Gaul and the last respectful are which most likely means things won't end up great for Cesar, Cicero or Julia, or so far as that is concerned the remainder of the city.
Close by Driver, Esposito and Emmanuel, the film stars Aubrey Square, Shia LaBeouf, Jon Voight, Laurence Fishburne, Talia Shire, Jason Schwartzman, Kathryn Tracker, Beauty VanderWaal, Chloe Fineman, James Remar, D.B. Sweeney, and Dustin Hoffman.
Composed, coordinated and delivered by Francis Portage Coppola, it's created by Fred Roos, Barry Hirsch, Michael Bederman, and chief delivered by Anahid Nazarian, Barrie Osborne, Darren Demetre. "Megalopolis" will debut in contest at the 2024 Cannes Film Celebration.
