On October 30, 2001, Dhaka's Third Extra Metropolitan Meetings Judge's Court outlined charges against them. Two years subsequent to outlining charges against the denounced, the case was moved to Dhaka Fast Preliminary Court 2 for its speedy removal.

Following a request by a charged, the High Court remained the procedures of the preliminary in 2003. The stay on the preliminary procedures was removed on February 27 this year.
