A Dhaka court has condemned three individuals, including financial specialist Aziz Mohammad Bhai nom de plume Abdul Aziz, to life detainment in entertainer Sohail Chowdhury murder case. Following the occurrence, the casualty's sibling recorded a homicide case with Gulshan Police headquarters. After an examination, criminal investigators squeezed charges against Aziz, Bunty, and seven others on July 30, 1999. On October 30, 2001, Dhaka's Third Extra Metropolitan Meetings Judge's Court outlined charges against them. Two years subsequent to outlining charges against the denounced, the case was moved to Dhaka Fast Preliminary Court 2 for its speedy removal.
Following a request by a charged, the High Court remained the procedures of the preliminary in 2003. The stay on the preliminary procedures was removed on February 27 this year. On Walk 28, the court gave capture warrants against Ashish and some others for the situation. Ashish was attempting to escape the country for Canada after the capture warrant was given by the court, Al Moin said.
