A Russian Ilyushin-76 military vehicle plane has crashed in the southern Belgorod locale lining Ukraine. Somewhere around 65 individuals Ukrainian detainees of war were killed, as per Russia's service of guard.
Ria Novosti news organization said one more nine individuals were ready, including six group. None of the subtleties encompassing those on board can be autonomously checked.
Reports from Kyiv say the Il-76 was brought down by Ukrainian powers. Ukraine's general staff, cited by the Ukrainska Pravda site, said the plane was moving rockets for Russia's S-300 air guard frameworks. It made no notice of detainees of war.
Belgorod territorial lead representative Vyacheslav Gladkov said he knew about an "episode" yet gave no further subtleties.
Video shared via virtual entertainment showed a plane going down followed by a blast close to the town of Yablonovo, 70km (44 miles) toward the north-east of Belgorod, at around 11:00 nearby time (08:00 GMT).
As indicated by Ria Novosti, the Ukrainian detainees were "being shipped to Belgorod locale for trade", albeit that can't be affirmed.
